Abstract Summary:
This presentation investigates how continuous-variable quantum key distribution (CV-QKD) can be dynamically managed within open, disaggregated, and programmable optical networks. Leveraging software-defined networking (SDN), the system enables flexible control, resource sharing, and efficient coexistence of quantum and classical channels over the same infrastructure—addressing key requirements for secure and sustainable 6G deployment.
This innovation aligns with the Allegro EU Project’s mission to integrate advanced, secure, and scalable technologies for future intelligent networks.
