Allegro EU Project Demonstrates Packet-Based Entanglement Distribution at CLEO 2024

Key Highlights:

  • Achieved entanglement distribution from one source to two separate destinations inside a packet-switched quantum network.
  • Demonstrated >86 % fidelity, maintaining quantum payload integrity while co-transmitting classical header bits.
  • Validates the practical use of Quantum Wrapper Networks (QWN) for scalable, packet-based quantum communication relevant to future network architectures.
