- Protects the root CA certificates via cross-domain trust chains, allowing prompt switching between classical and PQC during transitional phases.
- Evaluates performance trade-offs for signature schemes SPHINCS⁺, Falcon, and Dilithium, exploring how issuance and verification scale under varying configurations.
